These are the simple terms for using this website and working with me, Luke Chapman (Chapman Web Co.), in Kelowna, BC.
Prices
Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars. I don't charge GST. Prices can change, but the price in your written quote is the one you pay.
Your quote and agreement
Before I start, you get a written quote and a short one-page agreement. If anything on this site is different from your agreement, your agreement wins.
“Don't love it? Don't pay.”
I build your website first. You pay only once you approve it. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing, and the site isn't published or handed over.
After launch
The care plan and opt-out option work as described on the Pricing page and in your agreement. The care plan can be cancelled any time with 2 weeks' notice.
Using this website
You're welcome to read and share this site. Please don't copy its design or words for your own business. The websites shown in my portfolio belong to their owners.
