This website belongs to Chapman Web Co., run by me, Luke Chapman, in Kelowna, BC. This page explains what happens to the details you send me. Short version: I only use them to reply to you, and I never sell them.
What I collect
When you fill in the quote form, I get what you type: your name, business name, email, phone number (if you add it), what your business does, the package and options you pick, your current website, the features you're interested in, and your message. If you text, call or email me, I get your phone number or email address and what you send.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, send you a quote, and do the work if you hire me. That's it.
How the form works
The quote form is sent through a service called FormSubmit, which emails your request to me. Your details are then kept in my email.
Who I share it with
Nobody, unless you hire me and a step needs it (for example, registering a domain in your name). I never sell or rent your details.
How long I keep it
Only as long as I need it to reply to you, do your work, and keep normal business records. Ask me any time and I'll delete it.
Visitor stats
This site may count simple visits (like which pages get viewed) to see what's useful. It doesn't tell me who you are.
Your choices
You can ask to see, fix or delete what I have about you. Just email lukechapman990@gmail.com or text (250) 869-5145.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
