How much does a website cost in Kelowna?
I charge $400 for a one-page website, $500 for a multi-page website and $800 for a website that sells products. Every feature is included, and there is no deposit. You pay only once you're happy with the finished site.

What counts as a small edit?
Anything that takes me under about 30 minutes, like:
- Replacing photos
- Updating your hours or prices
- Adding your social media links
- Adding or changing a description
- Adding a new service or product
Bigger jobs (a new page, a new section or a redesign) are quoted first, so there are never surprises. Just text or email me what you need.

Pricing questions
When do I pay?
Only once you've seen your finished site and you're happy with it. Then it goes live.
Is there a deposit?
No. You pay nothing until you approve your website.
What if I don't like it?
You don't pay. Ask for as many changes as you like. If it's still not right, you walk away and owe nothing.
How do I pay?
The website is paid by Interac e-Transfer. The care plan is a monthly automatic payment through Square, set up on launch day (your first month is free).
Why are your prices lower than big agencies?
I'm one person working from Kelowna, and I use modern tools that let me build quickly. You're not paying for an office or a sales team.
What if a care plan payment is late?
I'll send a friendly reminder. If it's 30 days late, your site shows a "temporarily unavailable" page until it's sorted out.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes, any time, with 2 weeks' notice and no fee. You set up a free hosting account, and I transfer your website and domain into your name and make sure everything works. After that, you handle changes yourself, or I can help: $50 covers up to 3 small changes sent together.
Do you charge GST?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes, a short one-page agreement in plain English, signed online. It covers the price, what's included and the "pay only when happy" promise, so we're both clear.
Your site goes live and is handed over once it's paid for. Domain or store fees you paid directly are yours either way.
